Waterproofing
Membranes and liquid systems for roofs, basements, wet areas, pools and tanks.
We seal roofs against leaks and block the summer heat with XPS boards, membranes and reflective coatings. One team inspects, specifies, installs and stands behind the work.
Subcontract the full roof and below-grade package to one applicator. You get method statements, data sheets and a programme your consultant can approve.
Leaking roof, a top floor that never cools down, or damp in the bathroom wall. We find the cause first, then fix it with a system that lasts.

Keep heat out of the building with insulation boards, lightweight concrete and reflective roof coatings.
Most roof failures happen where one contractor's layer meets another's. We install the full build-up, so every joint is our responsibility.
Built on the FirstTech group's work in waterproofing and heat proofing.
Thickness, density and test standard stated in writing.
We find the cause of the leak or heat before we price.
Term depends on the system chosen.
Case study: substrate restoration, monolithic waterproofing barrier, and high-SRI thermal envelope application.

System, layer build-up, price per m² and programme.
Trained crew, stage-by-stage checks, flood test.

It depends on the system and how well it is protected from UV. A protected membrane under XPS and screed lasts much longer than an exposed coating. We state the expected service life and warranty for each system in the quote.
XPS is extruded polystyrene board. Its closed cells resist water and carry foot traffic, so it can sit above the waterproofing membrane. It slows heat moving into the building and protects the membrane from heat and damage.
Dubai's Al Sa'fat green building system sets roof requirements for new buildings, including solar reflectance. We match the coating to the rule that applies to your project.
Not always. After inspection we tell you if the old build-up can stay, or if it holds water and must come off.
By area in m², the system chosen and the condition of the surface. The inspection is free and the quote lists each layer.
